Fish Curry with Garcinia Cambogia Recipe

Preparation

Fish Curry with Garcinia Cambogia- Use a medium size earthen pot. Add required amount of water, chopped ginger, salt, coriander powder, garcinia cambogia, and small onion. Let it boil for about 10 minutes on a low flame. Add the fish pieces and cook for 15 minutes. Heat oil in pan and allow mustard seed to crackle. Add sliced small onion and curry leaves, and sauté until soft. Transfer the contents to earthen pot and mix well. Make sure that the fish pieces do not become broken in the process. Rotate the pan so that fish and the contents are mixed well. Best served the next day.

½ kg fish cut into medium size pieces

1 tsp mustard seed
1 ½ tbsp finely chopped ginger
8 small onions – 8
3 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
5 pieces garcina cambogia
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 small cups water
salt
coconut oil
