Preparation

Heat the coconut oil using a large, deep skillet. Add the mustard seeds (expect them to crackle). Add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until transparent. Next sauté the ginger. Once the ingredients become fragrant, add the powders and salt. Stir a few seconds before adding the chopped tomato, garcinia cambogia, one cup of water, and one cup of coconut milk. Cook until the tomato becomes tender. Then, add the fish fillets and the additional cup of coconut milk. When the oil begins to gather on the surface, place sliced green chilies and curry leaves on top before covering with a lid. Remove from the burner. This dish may be served the following day.

1/2 uluva
2 tbsp. coconut oil.
