Prawn Curry with Garcinia

Preparation

Prawn Curry with Garcinia- Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and curry leaves and shallow fry. Once light brown in color, add garam masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and stir. Add sliced tomato with small amount of water, and the garcinia cambogia. Add prawns and wait until half-cooked. Add the coconut milk and salt. Once it reaches desired thickness, remove from fire.

½ kg cleaned prawns

large onion

25 gm ginger

40 gm green chili

25 gm garlic

3 sprigs curry leaves

100 gm tomatoes

½ liter coconut milk

1 tsp garam masala

1//2 tsp turmeric powder

25 gm Coriander powder

30gm chili powder

1 garcinia cambogia

100 gm coconut oil

salt to taste
